Madani is ruining the season for me so far. Literally every scene Madani is in, she looks like she's about to cry and/or **** her pants. I didn't mind Billy being the recurring bad guy but any scene that Madani was the focus killed it for me. The action and scenes with Frank doing Frank stuff is still top notch and needs more of that. Just saw this part last night and we need more of this. Spoiler
6 episodes in and same issues as all of you. Billy Russo again as the bad guy = Pass Billy Russo's face = no big deal Madani = blah blah blah Mahoney = I don't understand his role at all. Plus his position is non-logical. Let me know where Billy is, we did such a great job not letting him escape. Billy's shrink lady = WTF. Everything about this is completely unbelievable in every way. Why does he have a shrink in the first place? How is it this lady? Why is she harboring him, and then making out with him, yada, yada? The girl = how old is she, 16 or 26?? Who can tell? How many stereotypes can be fit into her character? The new Irish badguy = c'mon. The amish-like angle. The god-revering like angle (who also happens to be a mass murdered). Etc. NYC = again, every show in this universe. please. The best part of the season were early on. The bar. The girl Beth. The police office in the middle of nowhere shootout (though also equally unbelievable, at least entertaining). They should have just continued with that storyline. Even with my annoyances above with the girl, the new Irish baddy, still would have been way more interesting.
Two episodes left which I'll probably watch tonight. Ridiculously disappointed the story (up to where I am) hasn't come back around to involve Beth. I liked her. The doctor is an absolute joke of a side story and is ruining the show for me.

I can’t get over this lol...I was expecting his face to be waaaayyy more fcked up on some Two-Face sh*t...instead he has a couple of scars that don’t even look that deep They kept that mask on and didn’t reveal his face until like 4 episodes in, and when I saw what the big reveal was it was a big letdown. Netflix is losing all these Marvel properties and just said “fck it”
Also DHS lady got shot in the head and apparently was sitting up and talking to detectives within days?
Finished S2 finally. Another Marvel Netflix show that should have been 8-10 episodes. The therapist storyline took up WAY too much show time. The later episodes are an improvement. Sadly he doesn't truly become the Punisher until the last episode, just in time for the show to be canceled. Frank's no-nonsense executions of Spoiler: SPOILER the Senator's mother and Billy were great.
finished this yesterday real quick off the top of my head some things I liked -the fight scene in the bathroom and the fight scene in the gym -Curtis -they gave the Punisher some emotional development -Madani some things I didn’t like -Billy Russo back again as Jigsaw with a face way less fcked up than I thought it would be...he was a lame character to me -the therapist...hated her character and didn’t care about her story arc at all...all that sh*t with Billy was bad writing and dumb -Mahoney...just annoying AF -the girl -them having gun fights in broad daylight in the middle of NY multiple times...like c’mon, that sh*t should’ve been shut down so quick -the Punisher has Wolverine healing ability I guess -the plot with that ALT-Right turned religious dude felt forced
They showed the lady gasp when he removed his mask....so I was hyped. And then they showed his face with facial scars that most people working at Walmart have.
