Not outside of the lone star state.....really Texas A&M's name is not that impressive, maybe along the lines of TTech as a "huh" school.

Obviously I know ATM is better than a craphole like TT. I think it's because ATM folks stay in Texas to an extent that others don't.

However, it's not like Texas has that awesome of a rep outside of Texas, but at least people have heard of it (it's generally considered a cut below Mich/Cal/UVA, maybe on par with UNC/Wisconsin or so.)
