I'm rooting against the Raptors. I want the Rockets to start resting players soon. Can't now with them on our tail.
It is incredible how well Brewer has fit in with OKC. Particularly as an outlet on fast breaks. Say what you want, but he is making a difference for that team. His shooting will regress, but his energy is helping. I didn't think he would make his big a difference, tbh.
OKC is playing out of their minds -- 56% shooting, 43% from three, +10 on FT discrepancy. But then, Toronto is shooting lights out also (56.3% FG, 50% from three). Good amount of turnovers in this one though -- 16 for OKC, 14 for Toronto.
Not having at least one of Westbrook, PG or Melo on the floor for all 48 minutes is inexcusable, unless it's a blowout. You're gonna depend on Raymond Felton to playmake for that scrub bench? Donovan is an idiot.
Not sure why everyone isn't rooting for OKC in this one. We need to Raptors to lose at some point for some breathing room. I don't want the Rockets to be forced to run their players into the ground trying to secure the best record in the league.
Brewer with the winning play on DeRozan. Whether it was a foul or not, it was stupid of Demar to expect the call. He should've tried harder to finish.
