Gordon is in a slump but if I had to choose between having gordon or lou for this team than i'd choose gordon and it wouldn't even be a hard decision in my mind honestly
Lou Williams is a really good bench player that sometimes gets to start. Gordon is a really good starter that comes off the bench
yeah and although gordon is in a slump, he is significantly better overall as a complimentary player who can play defense plus catch and shoot. Lou needs to create his own herky jerky shots and is very good at those but isn't as good as gordon at catch and shoot opportunities assisted from harden or paul. I also agree with your assessment that gordon is a starting quality player coming off the bench while lou is a bench player for the most part (too undersized) but produces enough offensively to get starters minutes.
I hope so too. For now, harden+Capela and CP3+Ryno connection is enough to win by 10+ every night (lol we're pretty good) but there will be a time where we need gordon and i hope he steps up.
His defense sux ass tho, no doubt. And im on board with your opinion that i still take Gordon over lou no doubt but right now lou is playing really well tho. DPBM of -3.4 career low for lou tho
Corey Brewer once had 51 points in a game, so what. Fact is, Gordon is having a career low FG% year and the highest Turnover PG avg. in the last 5 years. I love EGo, I'm just not blind.
hes driving to the rim at an insane rate... changing his game it got to reflect...hes intricate part of this years rockets sucess
Brew got 51 one game but Gordon is known to be a reliable scorer. Everybody is aware he's struggling with his shooting, and we all want him to start shooting well again. His stroke still looks good and he's just a funk right now. Last year Klay was struggling bad early in the season and of course he return to his average. Eventually Gordon will be hitting again but for now he's attacking the basket and being aggresive.
Alright man.. if you say so. I would say any time left on the clock left erases this one as the top one ever. Hell, I'd put Tracy's 13th point to beat San Antonio to be better because SA didn't have a timeout left. The Wizards had a pretty legit shot to win that afterward his went down. I feel like the three to win it has to be the nail in the coffin. NBA Jam style.
If that happens, I will watch every second of that series. Two underdogs coming out of nowhere? Sign me up.
Wonder if westbrook will even make 3rd team all nba this year. All jokes aside, he legit looks like a bad player some of these games this year
