Ok then, cap is 8 players 60 mil. Any player who is coming back from injury currently, is available, however there will be a risk involved and we'll see how they do as the draft/season progresses. As far as those who will not return, 15 game minimum sounds about right. It keeps us from choosing the likes of Rose and Rondo, but still allows for certain players to be chosen who were having good years. 15 is a little less than half the young season, so thats my reasoning. We still have enough info on them, and looking at the injury report there are shockingly very few this year. If we want to up or down this number, we can cross that bridge when we come to it and that can be a community decision. So without further adieu, I will randomize the order and set the draft.

60mil/8players? 7.5mil per player sounds a bit too much for me, people can make a starting five full of five near max guys(every starting five will consist of five top 80 guys).
