True... how about we have a draft with only Euro-players? Or a draft of the future where you can only draft players under 25 years old? Lol, idk just making up stuff off the top of my head.

A rule for the next draft you can name a player your franchise player and he cant be traded so everyone isnt always trading there whole team away

Trading is fun. It's always exciting to land deals.. Win or lose. Would suck if a player is ineligible to be traded.

Hm how about everyone is assigned or randomized a top 12-16 worst player I.e mike James or Kendrick Perkins.. We would have to be forced to start them and build around them. They can only be traded for a top 12-16 worst player.

Just a tought since many liked the idea of not having superteams

I think half drafts for fun and half drafts to win. What's the point of winning when it's all said and done? A championship? Money? Forum pride? Didn't think so. You get to slap on 2013 summer draft champion at the bottom of your sig about it. Trading makes things fun. Now I do agree that some trades mAy benefit another.. I believe we should be able to email the commish if we want to veto. Make trades pending instead of instant trade. Pending trades 24hrs below the draft list updates.

    For example
    Trades pending:
7/1 6:00PM Jvu trades Blake griffin for Jmc Al Horford (veto count update: 4 7/2 6:00pm) trade complete

It will limit trades and all the rediculous trades will not occur. It also lets others know who and when the trades were dealt. Prevents situations such as minimuffin/123rockets.

This, plus the whole amnesty ****, people drafting over the cap, not picking in the 8th round so that you can react to everything afterwards...really messes this thing up for the guys that draft in a good way.

Hehe. Yep. He wasn't the most laterally quick guy but he was very fast, jumpy, and almost 7'3.

Have you seen the Russell's college fast break clip? Impressive for a center. He was also more mobile than Wilt in terms of side to side movement.

Re changes, I think what we really need right now is a good long break for some half a year. Too much crying going on, and even people who I generally consider fairly rational, are being very biased and whiny lately.

We could do it via the Dish again I guess and build up a new group of people to change things up. But I'm personally not in rush for a new draft either.

1990s draft? Must have played at least 4 years in the 90s?

We can take a break after Howard signs....until then I live on clutchfans
