    PER, the advanced metric most widely cited by almost everyone, is supposed to adjust for pace of team.

    After studying win shares I really don't think win shares reflects anything but good players playing on good teams. It doesn't show good or great players playing with crap or so/so teammates. Those are the guys I like to find.
