Moving up at Sports games.

I guess I'd base my decision on the usher's behavior. They check your tickets going into the lower bowl before the game. Once they stop caring about checking your ticket, it's okay to come in.

 

Try going down at a Rockets game and I'll bet the folks behind you in the expensive seats either get the usher or whip out a video camera.(They are usually the biggest hypocrites)
