Yup, I'm moving to Houston. Might not be permanent, what with my wife yearning to go back to the NE eventually, but for now, I got myself a good job at HP and a very nice place on the west side of town, so I'm happy. On to my question: We're planning on moving to Houston in 2 weeks. Can anyone recommend a good moving company in Austin? Also, can anyone tell me roughly how much this move should cost? (For "amount of stuff" reference, we're currently in a 1 bedroom apartment with a study. I'm thinking around 3200 lbs. of crap.) Thanks in advance. And see you guys soon. Muh ha ha ha ha ha!!

Yup, HP off of 249. My commute should be about 20 minutes on the tollway. I commuted from the Galleria area during the summer, and that was 30-35 minutes, so this should be easier. N-E-way, can someone please help me regarding movers?
