The same fund though doesn't just go to families of suicide bombers. It goes to any Palestinian families who lose family members in the conflict with Israel. That goes for families of innocent palestinian civilians as well. I don't think that justifies giving incentive for suicide bombers, but it's different than setting up a fund only for the families of those terrorists.

Isn't that idea a War Crime? I hope Israel takes that into account. Of course I doubt they'll care though.
