I do feel it's unfortunate there's a lot of hurt feelings, but the Harden trade was always about cutting costs and getting picks. The Harden trade and the moves following should leave little doubt that this owner isn't interested in competing for the foreseeable future. Sure... the Rockets will be predatory for a top 20 player and will be in the talks.... but we all know those chances are slim within the next couple of seasons. This is a true rebuild boyos.... Get your beverage or bud of choice (I prefer a St Arnolds along with a nice Indica) and enjoy.
Crazy things happened today. Why didn’t trade Oladipo last week? He has huge negative value at noon today. His value is comparable to overpaid Kelly Olynyk?
Agreed and this made it obvious. TF is not about winning and more importantly he doesn't want to spend money. Olynik is an easy player to cut an Avery is hurt they both walk and it looks like a good decision. Draft cheap talent and stay under the cap. CWood may not want to stay here much longer. This draft is good, but it's not like the 2003 draft with Lebron James. Stone looked bad today, but his other trades were pretty good. The owner on the other hand, lost Harden, Westbrook, Paul,, Morey and D'Anthony since he took over.
I think you meant Dantoni. But you would also be correct about D’anthony Melton who was attached as an asset to dump salary and has blossomed into a great player just like we knew.
