    Everytime I click on a thread about FB the ads go absolutely nuts -- it's really weird lots of 90s style pop ups and other garbage.

    The article reads like they are just recommending that they re-evaluate their adult nudity policy so that it isn't discriminatory against women and LQBTQ. I don't know that they are specifically recommending to just get rid of all upper body censorship. Facebook has one of the older user bases of all social media, I would be VERY surprised if they just outright started allowing upper body female nudity. But they may prove me wrong.
