McConnell is probably the best politician Republicans have. I hate him, but he is effective. Don't know why you'd want to drop him.
Term limits are strictly unconstitutional and go against the constitution. The solution is to overturn citizens united and remove money from politics
I'm obviously talking about congress. Look at the freshman class of congress these past few years. MTG, CORI BUSH, AOC, BOEBERT, ETC. The idea that somehow younger politicians are better just isn't true. Nancy Pelosi is the greatest speaker of our time and she's 84. She passed more legislation with a 5 seat majority than any other speaker ever has. There's no evidence that younger politicians means better. They tend to be worst as they want the social media fame. The folks we have in congress now who are the craziest are the youngest
I tend to be cautious/reserved so I often come across conservative. There comes a point where conservative behavior becomes regressive. Regression is bad just as blind progressives are bad. McConnell was a good Republican leader 30 years ago. He is now holding back the Republican party. We all have to move forward eventually. This is essentially the problem with career politicians who spend decades in office, regardless of party. They spend their entire careers defending the hill on which they cut their careers upon.
He and Biden probably have the best working relationship between dueling parties in their position since Reagan. Take that fwiw.

Is that disqualifying? Politicians don't do much that's critical in real time. A basketball player who has a stroke in-game might be a problem. A politician's stroke will ruin a speech, at worst. If his brain is damaged and he can't work, fine, he should probably hang it up. But the US will be fine even if he dies on the Senate floor.
Stroking out on TV speaks to his cognitive health generally... I don't think anyone is saying he should retire purely because he couldn't formulate words for 10 minutes... it's the broader implication
