I'm gonna try it for 7 days starting on Monday. Just wondering if anyone else has tried it and have any tips or experiences to share.
I have a couple of friends who do this every so often. They say it helps them feel much better. But I agree with most who think it's crazy.
i've done it twice. gets really easy once you get past like 2 days. if you're doing it for weight loss, you'll put it right back on most likely. it isnt sustainable. you will feel more energy and lose the 10 lbs though. also, i recommend sticking closely to the way they say to ween yourself back off of it. i feel like i effed up my innards the 2nd time i did it by ignoring the instructions.
