    I was telling anyone that would listen the day we got Paul that we went to the bed the night before with a zero percent chance of getting Lebron to being in the mix just like that. I had it at 10% after the trade

    Get Melo; lose a tough fought series to GS. GS beats Cavs and we're the favorite to land him imo. Beat GS and get into the Finals and we are completely out of it since he can't come to Houston after losing and wouldn't leave after winning. Could be a win win season if things work out in our favor.

    Heard Melo is into investing.

    He and the banana bros shall just found the B-boat Corp, buy the Rockets team from Le$ and change the name to Houston B-boat. Dwarfs all the risky investment he's making in the tech space.

    The same way the Bad Boys beat the Celtics... the Bulls beat the Pistons.

    You build a better team by using any means possible.

    The Warriors are not the greatest team to ever play basketball... someone will beat them, and faster than you think... the game is constantly changing and dynasties don't last long.

    The Warriors are one injury to Curry or Durant or Green from quite possibly losing in the playoffs.

    The Rockets with Harden/Paul/Anthony and a very good bench have a real shot of winning a title.... too many variables in play.

    I get what your saying because of the LA angle

    But from a basketball standpoint.

    Harden is not just a little better than PG13 he's a lot better.

    Iv always been a huge PG13 fan, thought he would be a great robin to harden.

    But he's become one of the most overrated players in the NBA.

    His offense is not elite and contrary to what most believe he's defense was not great this year either.

    He's still very good but he's not transcendent good or a guy who will be talked about in 20 years unless your just a basketball historian.

    Harden is an alltime great player I don't understand why more ppl don't get that.

    Cp3 is an alltime player.

    Lebron top 5 player alltime.

    Melo HOF player

    Why would lbj and cp3 pick PG13 over that? If it's all about winning chips.

    Trade Gordon, give Lebron his max, have Paul/Melo sign to small (like 10 mill per) one year deals, then re-sign Paul and Melo to their max's in 2019. Could do it since we would own both of their bird rights, everybody would get their money in the end.

    Been saying this since Day 1 of the CP3 trade. Getting Paul was a GAME-CHANGER for the entire franchise.

    Forget the Warriors -- Daryl Morey is light years ahead of the game.
