its funny that this thread came up because i was thinking of starting something similiar... me and my wife currently have 1 car and with her new job, its complicates things a lot more than they used to since the hours are a lot different than mine. ive had to resort to getting picked up by my mother a few times now so im looking for cheap alternative to get to work and back. cheap car, low on insurance, low gas miledge and something that will last. i dont need anything great because it WILL ONLY be used for me to go to work, only 15min away at most. my wife can take the other car since she has a longer trip to work, and this same car will be used for US every time else, outside the commute to the offices. any ideas? plus, ive already thought about a motorcycle but id rather not.
