If you guys get a chance try Real Ales Devils Backbone it's currently my favorite beer and I've tried a lot of beers in my lifetime. Plus at 8.1% and Texas brewed three of them will do you good let me know what you think!
Holy crap. Behold! The promised one who all bartenders speaketh of, known as thabeers, has returned. (No capital letters in His name please; The King of Beers has no time for that.) Let us all bow down in his presence.
Belgium, yes. Germany, not so much. Try living in Germany for a year. They are allowed only 4 ingredients in their beers (and two of them are usually reserved for Water and Yeast). Yes, everything they make is the BEST in existence...but they make no Stouts. And after awhile, as much as I love wheat beers, you get really tired of it and want to go back home for some real American craft beers. Sorry, Germany. We make better beers.
If you want to try the "Number One" which they unveiled two weeks ago at GABF 2012 in Denver, (the US's biggest, most honored beer festival with the most coveted awards, b****es), you should go soon. They might be sold out.

Had that last week, not bad, but I would have liked more of an oaky flavor with a Belgian style Tripel.
