Ok man, I am hyped, this team looks like it is full of NBA players at least 9-10 deep and some still developing. I am excited that we have Green and KPJ at the scoring guard positions and Ego as the 3rd wheel we are gonna bomb - and our SF position with KMJ, Eason, and Tate is looking good.... I know we may not be play in good, but dang it, the game has slowed down for our young core. So, with that in mind.......what are your predictions? Let's get it down.... I am going to say 27-55, but we are going to be in every game, and I would not be surprised if we go over 30. What say you????? DD
@ApacheWarrior I don't know what to think. I am not even close to being as confident as last pre season in what the rockets will end up being. I still think they want to improve but have the 4-6th worst record. That may be attainable... management may have to work some magic for losses at the end of the year though.
25-30. Honestly if we even had an average difficulty early season, people would be like "OMG THEY'RE AHEAD OF SCHEDULE" But instead we have a very tough first few weeks so progress wil be not as visible
Jalen green 24ppg KPJ 20ppg Jabari 15ppg Sengun 12 ppg We will play hard every game....and will be a tough out.. DD
It is all in what the front office wants. If we play to win ALL season 40+ Yes that seems high but we have the talent to do so. Sengun needs to run the second unit like Ginobili did for the Spurs. The rotation matters. The points will come in a hurry: Green 25+ Porter 20+/- Martin 10+/- Smith 20+ Fernando 10+/- Eason 18+/- Sengun 15+/- Gordon 10+/-
Starters are going to make us look like contenders and then we are going to lose a lot of leads thanks to the bench. Very young and going to fail more often than not. 25-30 wins.
Tough one. Lots of reason for optimism. 35-40. Lots of reasons to wait and see. One game Jabari. Tate mostly out. Not really playing left nba teams. Raptors closest. Heat legit but they had benched everyone meaningful almost. Spurs and Pacers just won’t be good. Hard opening schedule. 25-30. I take the middle ground. 30-35 games.
1) Warriors 2) Grizz 3) Clippers 4) Suns 5) Nuggets 6) Lakers 7) Mavs 8) T-Wolves 9) Kings 10) Pelicans 11) Rockets (34-48) 12) Thunder 13) Blazers 14) Spurs 15) Jazz Rockets go 7-18 in first 25 games (mostly good playoff teams from last year).. Then 27-30 in the final 57 games. No one can convince me that the Blazers aren't worse than the Rockets. Where Jackson G is optimistic about the Rockets on the Locked on Rockets podcasts.....the Blazer guy rips into Rip City Blazers. see below
