Ok all you people from the land of OZ. What's the scoop on the Olympics? Anybody else in Rocketland gonna keep up with the games? USA!!!!USA!!!!USA!!!! ------------------
I'm an Olympicaholic! Anything and everything (well, maybe not synchonized swimming or ballromm dancing) that is an Olympic event will be watched by me! Most of all, I am a huge Track and field man. I was a hurdler in high school, so those events get top priority! ------------------ Save our children from the TAAS test: TAAS test report card TAAS test fact sheet Dog lover here....cats beware.
I'm an Australian. The scoop is:- We're gonna kick you ass back to the USA. Bring it on! Actually, living in America, I will be intrigued see just how many stereotypes NBC can propogate in their Olympic coverage. ------------------ Current Rocket's Salary & Contract Info
Well I must say (beside the little glitch) that the torch lighting was pretty cool. ------------------
The opening ceremony was pretty weird... And the Aussies lost the womens triathlon! Should've been a 1-2-3 in that! Interesting to see how well Thorpe swims tonight! Plus the 100 meters womens butterfly should be a great swim! ------------------
That was an amazing opening ceremony! Loved the unified Korea thing, and the torch flaming was an awesome site. Azim da Dream ------------------ We don't live for the destination. We live for the journey. http://www.clutchtown.com
I can't wait for baseball coverage. The Cubans are great, and I want a chance to see that SS. I think the minor leaguers will be able to bring in the gold. Dream Team is boring...It would be better to see the Lakers play. I watch women's gymnastics, but I don't know why tall girls get so low of scores for similar routines. Not much for boxing, but I will watch the wrestling. I will watch V-ball also. ------------------ "You've got 6 fouls, use them well" -Derrick Coleman
