Wrong. It is never the fault of victims who were criminally swindled. It is always the fault of the criminals that committed the criminal act. It's BS to blame the victim of a crime.

People trying to get rich fast can look in the mirror.

Trump gave them a Trump degree, exactly what he promised.

    It wasn't a criminal case.

    So you're really wrong

Guess again. He defrauded people. Nobody deserves to be the victim of fraudulent and deceptive schemes. It is the fault of people who do the defrauding.

    Lol

You didn't say what is deceptive but laughed like it was funny

Instead of laughing answer a legit question

Edit: the lawsuit centered around marketing

Misleading and aggressive sales is what it alleged.

Edit: one lawsuit centered around the use of the word"university"

I'm sorry. I thought you were familiar with the multitude of cases. I was wrong for laughing at your ignorance. The word "University" is obviously deceptive. That is especially true since Trump University claimed to offer graduate, postgraduate, and doctorate programs. That is absolutely deceptive.

    But there is more.

Here is some of what was used as evidence from a sworn affidavit.
    https://www.newyorker.com/news/john-cassidy/trump-university-its-worse-than-you-think

    So that is also deceptive.

Here is more from the same source.

I apologize for continuing this stupid discussion. I don't care about the lawsuit and wouldn't feel sorry for people paying thousands for a Trump degree

I bet no one in this forum would be that stupid

Um you don't think it would have been within Mueller's report, they not able to subpoena banks or wouldn't think to look at his finances? This is a rehash with a slightly different tone of the many russiagate conspiracies.

And this thread seems to follow the pattern of trump derangement.

Absurd claim made about Trump, idiots believe it.
Absurd claim turns out to be absurd.
Idiots then deflect to other random **** by Trump (and there certainly is plenty of that, and the guy never shuts up)
Idiots then declare that others who are doubters of their stupidity as the idiots in the routine process of their idiocy.

Do you even understand the scope that Mueller was allowed to investigate? Anything pre-election such as Trump's personal business deals and investment loans prior to his campaign was untouched by Mueller. You do know that right? The special counsel had pretty narrow scope to investigate Trump and associates.

You feel so confident in your claim about "Trump derangement syndrome" you don't even know what Mueller investigated.

    Just to repeat:
Trump has horrible defaulting history with investment loans and only Deutsche Bank would do business with him. Coincidentally Deutsche Bank was also fined 20 billion dollars before for laundering money for Russian oligarchs.

It becomes more obvious some quid pro quo happened when Donald defaulted on his first 200 million dollar loan with Deutsche bank and the bank STILL approved him for another 200 million dollar loan.

Also another coincidence, a employee for Deutsche Bank flagged Donald's account for key signs of potential laundering and sent it up to the execs. Coincidentally the execs didn't do anything about it and ignored it.

Ask yourself if those are reasonable grounds for suspicion.

Go read up on Tallv’s thread yesterday on Comey and tell me that’s not someone who would give his left nut for Trump if he asked him. PGabriel claims to realize the Trump U scam but his history shows a vulnerability to be a mark as well.

Trump is a con artist. He’s always been one and will be until the day he dies. Whether it’s a fake degree, or a wall paid for by Mexico... there are idiots that willingly pay him one way or another for a trip to fantasyland.

If he ever leaves office people from my tribe need to be careful to not pay him our time and attention he’ll try to demand from us still while out of office as the heal he loves to play to get media attention. It’ll be the biggest rebuke we can give him to finally turn off the TV when his con artist ass finally gets the F out of the White House.

I probably shouldn't say anything, lest it change, but that's not the worst part, from a Dem perspective. The worst part is that it is also swaying the middle to his side.

It's refreshing to hear someone from the other side of the aisle say this. But scary how many others still believe he colluded with Russia. Half of all Americans...meaning almost all Democrats. Meaning the Mueller investigation was pointless. Or rather, didn't serve its expected cause.

That so many Dems are still pursuing that angle is further swaying the middle away from them. The MSM has switched from Russia to racist...same rant, different cord. It's gotten to the point where I'd like to see Trump reelected just to watch the meltdown again.
