I trust you guys more than the big sites and the playoffs start today:

    Thigpen @ oak
    Big ben @ New England
    Sage vs. Jax

Any advice would be appreciated. Leaning towards ben because of how all the above defenses have faired recently.

I'd go with Ben. But umm, wrong forum.

Go with Ben -- yeah Thigpen may go off again, but it's just not worth the risk. Check the weather up there that could be a factor for passing -- it's been nasty up in the north east.

I have big ben and tyler on my team as well - i went with big ben in NE - the pats can shut down a rushing attack (and a feeble willie parker no less) so big ben will be forced to the air...

tyler is going against a solid OAK secondary that has shut down better QBs in the past (see Cutler last week)

I know I'm a little late, but I have both these guys. I just picked up Thigpen. Over the last four or five weeks he has the best scoring average in my league.

Ben has been inconsistent and I can't count on him. Thigpen may be worth the gamble. Oakland did shut down Cutler but they haven't exactly been Team Consistent either.

Well, thanks for the suggestions... I went with my gut (and the consensous) and chose Ben.

However, the conditions are AWFUL in NE right now... and as I'm typing this, Ben throws a pick (non-weather related, however).

What will be interesting is that Sage likely ends up having the best week of all three...

I sat Warner for Peyton. That was awesome.
