    The difference between an offensive big like Yao and a perimeter player like Kobe (or even Rafer or McGrady) is that he needs the ball in very specific spots on the floor to get off a good shot. Getting Yao the ball where he's comfortable is half the job, and that responsibility is both on him and his teammates (not to mention the other team has something to do with that also). If Yao is taking 31 shots in a game, it points to either awful defense by the other team or tremendous offensive execution for Yao and his teammates.
