Christine Blasey Ford has named five witnesses who know about the party she attended wherein she was assault. Here's what we know about them.

Patrick Smyth, under the penalty of perjury if he is lying, denies any knowledge about the party or assault.

Mark Judge, under the penalty of perjury if he is lying, denies any knowledge about the party or assault.

Brett Kavanaugh, under the penalty of perjury if he is lying, denies any knowledge about the party or assault.

Leland Keyser, under the penalty of perjury if she is lying, denies any knowledge about the party or assault.

Christine Blasey Ford is the only one who has not only refused to provide a written statement to the Senate Judiciary Committee that would put her under the penalty of perjury if she is lying.

 

She's testifying UNDER OATH on Thursday of this week you dolt. Do you think she's going to show up on Thursday and find a way to avoid potential perjury jeopardy if she lies?

Judge, Keyser, Smyth, are writing in their testimony so they do NOT have to be called in or subpoenaed. And if you think Keyser, or Judge's statements in any way prove anything, you are insane. Their statements are a clear "I don't recall" statement in order to try and stay out of the way of any legal jeopardy. And I don't blame them. If they can't prove one way or another, why would they put themselves in the middle of this firestorm?

A woman is testifying this week that she was sexually assaulted in attempted rape. Sorry that inconveniences your insane right wing agenda, and need to shove through a judge you think will protect your King Trump. You guys are so Fixated on your politically extreme agenda you can't even hear out a woman who is claiming to be sexually assaulted even for a minute.

She is not going to testify, watch and see. These Democrat left people are liars to the very center most part of their being. There is literally no lie they will not tell.

Senate staff says hearing terms 'non-negotiable'

Senate Judiciary Committee staff have written lawyers for Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh's accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, and said they would do everything they could to "provide a safe, comfortable, and dignified forum" for her testimony Thursday. But they also say the committee will decide who testifies, in what order and how they will be questioned.

In an email exchange between the committee and Ford's lawyers obtained by The Associated Press, a counsel for Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley wrote that the terms over which witnesses to call and questioning are "non-negotiable." Ford's lawyers asked for several conditions surrounding her testimony.

Davis wrote that they would hold the hearing in the Judiciary panel's regular hearing room, which is small. He said that was to avoid a "circus" atmosphere.

She and the Democrats of course will not be allowed to dictate the terms of the hearing. The Republicans have decided to have a female special counsel ask the questions, which will pretty well eliminate the identity politics and the woman's card from these proceedings. Also, Ford's story really could not be any weaker than it is. What evidence there is, is the people she named as witnesses testifying that she is completely wrong. Beyond that, there is literally no evidence at all.

She does not want to testify and the Democrats do not want her to testify. As it stands, she is the only one who has refused to do so. What they are doing now is making a mockery of these hearings and engaging in delaying tactics. At the end of the day, she will not testify.

They are hearing her out, which is honestly going above and beyond what is required given that she's leveling an allegation with literally nothing to support it and despite that they bent over backwards to get her to tell her story despite them having more important work to do than listening to the baseless fantasies of a random from Cali.

No one else would still be listening to her after everyone she claims to have been there denies it and she can't come up with a location or even a year that the allegation happened. I know a lot of you are going to go the route of faux outrage, but you might want to reel it in unless you want to lose credibility.

This is insane. Not that there is now another accuser (we’ve seen this story before). Insane that Republicans knew about it and that it was coming, but tried to fast track the vote knowing this was going to come out soon.

Did they think we wouldn’t notice when this inevitably was going to come out?

 

A second accuser isn't good news for the nominee. This also looks like the Republicans don't care about the truth as much as they do about pushing the nominee through the process.

.....and this is why you don't dignify baseless allegations with the kind of attention that they gave Ford. The Democrats were always going to be willing to do anything they could to obstruct the confirmation and this is clearly their latest tactic. They could come up with a never ending string of completely baseless allegations to make this process last forever if you are going to stop everything each time a new one pops up.

What should anger every American is the despicable lengths that Democrats and those on the left are going to in an effort to obstruct this process. Lying about sexual assault is an attack on every single legitimate victim of sexual assault. They really should be ashamed of themselves.

 

If only Congress took time to consider Merrick Garland.

 

Would it have made you feel better if they had rejected his candidacy officially instead of unofficially? Also, does the senate rejecting Garland justify women falsely accusing Kavanaugh of sexual assault for political reasons effectively spitting in the face of all actual victims of sexual assault?

And democrats have nothing to do with the accusers making their allegations known. Also, the accusers so far seem pretty well off not to need this type of national attention (and the vitriol that comes with it). You (Trumpers) are welcome to find dirt on accusers to fight this.
