    Since he became head coach of the Cavaliers, Bickerstaff's Cavaliers have exceeded all expectations. Widely considered a re-building team alongside teams like the Hornets, Magic, Pistons, Rockets, Spurs, etc., the Cavaliers are now a legitimate force in the NBA far earlier than expected.

    In 2021-22, he achieved a record of 44-38 and barely lost the play-in. At 40-28, he is in 4th place in the East as of this writing (only the powerhouse teams of Bucks, Celtics and 76ers above him) and has the sixth best record (pct-wise) in the entire league.

    He might be the most underrated coach in all of the NBA.
