Thatis just way too much. I'll settle for the beautiful scenery of strip malls for now. Does home insurance cover earthquakes too?
Th hell we miss this. Anyone want to go to JJ Watt's house after a game and take photos with him in his garage?
If I were a young pro athlete I would not buy a house just yet, I'd rather get a nice condo close to the city. He's single (I believe), no kids either so why waste money on a big house? You are really going to only be in a few rooms, the kitchen, the living room, your bedroom, and then maybe a workout room but that's it. It's not efficient.
Not that I care too much about opinions of Pearland but how would you know? I just thought your reply was funny. Not much to do outside of shopping? There are movie theaters, restaurants, parks, etc...what else do you want? Medical Center/Downtown is 15-20 minutes away. There is more traffic but only where all the stores have been built. Crime increases in all municipalities that grow. What statistics are you referring to? Pearland has one of the best police departments. Just curious to see what is wrong...cause I want to move there
There is nothing wrong with the Pearland area, I have been living in Shadow Creek Ranch for a year now and I love it. Parks, shopping, nice eateries, movies and close by bars. Not to mention the med center is close by as well as downtown/midtown. I think people who wish to live there but cannot afford it are the ones that don't like it...
There's nothing wrong with Pearland, every city has its not-so-nice area. Just dont go to the bad side of town and you'll be ok.
Have you ever been young and owned a big house? Speaking from experience...IT SUCKS. I wish he would have made an offer on my house...
I would prefer the security of a high rise, personally. I don't want some creeper fan driving by my house or knocking on my door
