So sad how quickly that relationship soured. Definitely puts a bad taste in your mouth for all those great years those two had together in Houston. That being said, I can't tell whether Harden is doing more harm to Morey or himself here. Sure, it doesn't make Morey look great, but if you want to be traded, is calling out GMs publicly as liars really in your best interest? It just feels like every year since he's left Houston, Harden has become more and more toxic. Sad to see. Glad he's not coming back.

Morey's far from perfect but Haren will stoop to pretty much ANYTHING to get what he wants! Trying to get that leverage back.
I mean… I can’t say I feel sorry the guy. He’s turned into a ring chaser. He’s been the GM, not literally but has been responsible for hand picking those to play alongside. He’s left his own wake of rebuilding each time he departs an organization. Morey has always told him what he wanted to hear. I guess this time was different.
We all lied before, it is just if we got caught or not. Him going to the media or video recording it on social media is just blowing things up.....not sure he get his millions and years that way.
Daryl Morey is a liar. Remember how he quit the rockets to be close to his family, then joins the Sixers a week later. And when he left the Rockets, I’m sure he was in cahoots with Harden. F*ck Morey, CF has always overrated this bozo, and I’m glad he’s having to deal with what the Rockets had to deal with. Couldn’t happen to a better person
