He could win this, although he's certainly not the favorite.

A few guys have won that aren't elite snipers. Sometimes it's just about who's hot on that day.

When Harden and Kyrie are considered underdogs and they are shooting 39% and 41% from three, you know this is going to be the event of the weekend.

Maybe this is how Kerr decides who starts the all-star game. He did say Klay and James shoulf shoot for it. hahaha

Korver has got to be the favorite by a large margin. I agree with the idea this is a situation Harden can't really lose. Just by being chosen for the contest, the league is acknowledging him as an elite shooter. That's a win. He will definitely be the underdog against that competition though, so the pressure isn't really on him. And no one will think less of him if he loses. I'd love for him to sneak into second or third place. If he won it all that would be amazing but he'll have to be really hot that day.

I think it would be more fun to watch ariza and josh smith in the contest.

but i have a feeling that Harden will be locked in and will really try to win it. Will we do his "three finger 3 pointer hand sign" after every make????

To piggyback on the poster above me...

Josh Smith would be EPICALLY entertaining in this. At least as a showcase. Untimed, have to hit 10. Go!

Hey, Paul Pierce won the contest one year, so Harden definitely has a shot.

It really just depends on who gets hot when. Any shooter can win it, if they get into a good rhythm.

Although it depends mainly on the daily shooting form and thus anyone could win..
    Belinelli will repeat.

I get the logic, but being in a non-game scenario changes things up quite a bit. Should I remind you how great of a FT shooter D12 in 'non-game' scenarios?

there still is a little pressure and you're working against the clock instead of your own pace

Love to see THREE POINT DEFENDER added to this contest..

I think Contested 3's Harden has a better chance
