I like his pick but still wonder if we might have ended up better with an alternative... for example... PG Ivey SG KPJ SF Scottie Barnes PF Wood C Sengun Or PG Ivey SG KPG SF Gordon PF Evan Mobley C Sengun My thinking is Ivey with another 2 way player like Barnes or Mobley gets results faster. It also has advantage of moving KPJ off ball where he may be a better fit.
Regrets are a waste of time and energy, Jalen is good and getting better, build around our core. NO REGRETS. DD
To get the thread back on track, I have deep RaGraTs about our drafting back in 2012. We could have had 12 Green 16 Middleton 18 Crowder/ Fournier And could have been adding that to the previous years draft of 14 Leonard 20 Butler 38 Thomas There is some serious championship power right there. Obviously it is unrealistic that we would have kept them all because there is too much positional overlap, we most likely would have been trading one of Crowder/Fournier or Thomas for a serviceable PG or big man. The draft is so easy in hindsight.
