Come on. I love the kid too, but he hasn't done anything yet. Andre made the Pro Bowl with David Carr throwing him dumpoff passes. Think what he will do with a real QB. He's as big as a safety, strong as a linebacker and fast as a cornerback. He will have a career year this year IMO.

To tell you the truth, I like the idea of putting JJ in the slot on 3 WR formations because of his ability to make the tough catch in traffic and make people miss in the open field.

 

He is gonna be great as a bootleg running threat as well...

One thing in the preseason that has looked good not talked about much was the schemes and variety...

 

Just ordered his jersey to wear to games.

He better be good now.

I wouldn't be suprised if Kubiak throws more 3-receiver sets out there if Jacoby keeps playing and improving like he has. Schaub has shown he can make all the reads so I think Kubiak might want to give him some more options out there.
