Show some heart. Tell her that she's a great girl but your feelings are just too strong to simply just be her friend. Push the envelope explain to her that she doesn't have feelings for you because she hasn't given you a chance. Ask for one date and tell her that if she still'has no feelings after the date you can both go your separate ways. You can't score if you don't shoot. Being just friends with her will just make your life miserable and stop you from moving on. Take a chance.

Just curious how old are you? Have you ever tried to kiss her? Have you taken her on a nice date? What moves did you ever make to pursue her as a girl you want to date besides just being friendly with her? If she isn't attracted to you then move on.
I don't think you understand what is going on here. He wants a romantic relationship with her. These type of relationships involve sexual activity. He doesn't want a friendly non-sexual relationship. The relationship you are describing sounds torturous. He feels tingly with her because he wants to be romantically involved with her. Why would you assume he didn't want her sexually when he said he was unhappy that he was friend zoned?
