Is tanking a different type of match fixing

    as a european basketball fan i am very curious about it..
    is this tanking thing legal or illegal ??

    losing culture kills sportsmen spirit we all agree that..

    to get wemby or anyone 5-6 teams are tanking..
    they are 8/18 9/20 etc.

    for example rockets win against better teams but lose to tankers??
    sometimes rotations are not to win game but sometimes they are like play off games

    so who gives decision to lose or win??

    players? coach? manager?

    how they select winnable matches ??

    there are lots of bets all around the world for this games?
    millions of dolars
    win or lose , asisst, points, starters even a players minutes

    how nba management prevent match fixing or something??

    for example when your player is good , you bench him to tank , thousands of people lose money ( bet fantasy games ) bc of this un predictable decision

    Tanking should be as illegal as Point Shaving and Faking injuries
    Load Management is very grey area to me . .. .feels wrong but i understand some benefits.

    I have severe issues with charging someone full price for half @ssed efforts
    or partial rosters

    At the end of the day . . . its a show . . .
    Imagine watching a movie and it sucks because they trying to entice someone for their next movie.
