Reeves won't know until Tuesday or Wednesday. Thats why there is no line on the game yet. I hope Carr plays.

Yes, the quaterback formaly known as Mike Vick will make his first start against the Texans.

He also said he wanted everyone to refer to him as Michael again, because he mother told him that she named him Michael not Mike. Mothers know best, right? :)

Seems like the Texans just can't catch a break. If the Falcons are favored that should be a slap in the face to ever player on the Texans.

 ESPN just said Vick has a goal to play in the last game of the season. They were saying he should just wait until next year.

Doesn't sound to me like he'll be playing this week. Maybe I misunderstood what they were saying.

Vick won't play, you'll have to deal with Doug Johnson. At last the eternal question shall be answered when Matt Stevens and Doug Johnson meet. Just who is the suckiest player in the NFL. Perhaps they will suck each other into oblivion.....ummm, that didn't sound right.

Wasn't that Charles Barkley's goal a few years ago?

I would agree that Vick needs to get some game action this year. If you wait an extra year it always seems like it takes one more year to get back into the groove after a major injury. McNabb is a good example. He saw some game action at the end of last year and it took him almost one year to get his groove back. He's just now coming around.

as far as Vick starting, this may sound absurd, but it's probably to our advantage. I think Atlanta would dumb down the offense and Vick would come out rusty. Not guarantee of that. but usually the case.

How would Vick be doing if he would have stayed one more year in school and the Texans drafted him. Would he have been as good as he was at the end of last year?

Man, the Texans are much imroved this season. Most of their wins have been close games. A couple are losses by a fieldgoal.

The defense played great last week, well the Special Teams.

If only that blotched pass play where gaffney ran to the inzone was a touchdown but was blocked by Davis (our D.Davis) on the 1 yard line and we had to settle for a fieldgoa.

Warrick Dunn is out for the season so the Texans should be able to stop Duckett.

The Texans will win, even if the Falcons have Vick, he will not be 100%.

They just announced on ESPNNews that Vick won't play Sunday and the starter will be Doug Johnson.

It seems dumb to have him play only in the very last game of the year. If it were a meaningful game, that would be one thing but it doesn't look like it will be a meaningful game.

Skip that game and give him 6 more months to heal and strengthen.
