    You should get your peeps in SE Asia the MagicJack. Then you can call them all day long as a local call. MajicJack runs through internet connection assuming there is one overseas.

    Skype is great because it works across so many devices. PC, Mac, iOS, Android, Windows Phone, etc. It also has an integrated chat system as well.
