Injuries updates? Any news

I'm doing this non profit, you would need to pay however.

 

You guys are ridiculous. LMAO.

 

It's more of a strain than a cramp. I couldn't turn my body, and it made certain positions really difficult - I couldn't drive (to the doctor's) without being in pain, for example.

 

Parsons and Lin both broke their back. They need to come out of the closet already. :grin:

 

so harden is being traded too? Lin asik and Dmo And Now harden ;p

Sucks that we had had a lot of injuries not major but still we haven't had all our line up for a while.

 

I had a one after deadlifting once, initially I didnt feel anything too sinister, like just a bit of tightness, went off did other exercises, then I went to fill up my waterbottle and I just felt this streaking pain in my lower back, like I got hit with a whip or something. I just collapsed in front of the water cooler LOL

Took like 3x the RDI of Nurofen and couldn't go to my mates 21st cause I couldnt even stand up/sitdown I was in that much pain, I've hurt my knees/ankles/been knocked out with rugby but that was the most crippling thing I've ever had. Went away after a few days though LOL

 

ps4 was nearly a month ago.............
