    So basically the same numbers that earned K-Mart a max contract from Denver?

    Precisely why you don't trade Swift. Even if he is a turnover prone, unintelligent player he still produces. In this day and age with bloated contracts and the tendency GM's are having for overpaying for mediocre talent, we've got a "bargain" in Swift worth holding on to.
