    This two invited to The Matt Thomas Show on SportsTalk790, about an hour after the press conference.
    They unpacked further on some issues this time (within this 7-8min vid).

    My gut feeling is Ime and Tilly belongs to the same pack, they are those who wouldn’t mind calling a spade a spade, while Rafael loves beating about the bush. Totally different style. hmmmm maybe that's why 'Tilly having a hard time answering when he was asked how Stone has done so far (in the press conference)' @BamBam

    Good thing they invested in the new practice facility because that radio box is what it felt like watching them practice.

    I agree, Ralphie gives me the impression of being a yes man rather than a person who is straight forward and direct when dealing with people. Everyone loves a yes man in the beginning, then they become annoying as BELL!! I think the Rat-Pack is Tilly, Ime and Done a Lot Patrick with Ralphie outside looking in!

    I wouldn't be surprised if within 1-2yrs Done a Lot Patrick dethrones Ralphie of the helm! The dark clouds that hovered over us during tanking are in our rear view mirror and bright blue skies are in the horizon,,,, a perfect time for Done a Lot to make a name for himself!!

    One of the best books I ever owned:
    Bird on Basketball: How-To Strategies from the Great Celtics Champion

    Teaches you techniques and theories on shooting, rebounding, passing.

    Bird would shoot 1000 3's a day during a time when shooting 3's were
    not as popular. I would recommend this book to Green, KPj, Sengun,
    Jabari, Tari, Kenyon......

    our team would be better for it.

    towards Larry Bird among others ]

    It sounds like they had a healthy debate the first day Ime arrived. I can only wonder what sort of philosophies they disagreed on. I'm glad that Ime stood up to him and stayed committed to doing this his way. Regardless if Stone agrees or not. Another very positive sign. IME is going to have to completely shatter the entire culture here and rebuild it from the ground. Interesting times are ahead.

    yea, for Tilly (looks like a straight forward type), having a yes-man and a nice guy around for 2.5-3yrs must be pretty stressful, but apart from spending prudently BE PATIENT is exactly what he gotta pay for when ferntits family entering a new business.

    It looks like Tilman knows Ralph is great at excel, drafting and trading but he aint No culture seter and Tilman took over the wheel

    hope our kids could bring this book along on their trip for vacation :oops: jk...i hope they could stay in the gym, these kids have wasted 2.5yrs for certain reasons.

    I agree.....I think "Tanking" was the first order of importance.

    The Jazz, Spurs and Blazers started out strong and then said, what
    the heck are we doing? We are talking about a once in a lifetime
    generational talent in Wembanyama. Charlie Chan once said
    the timid man does not win the lottery. Rockets worked darn
    hard to purchase their ticket. Sorry Silas, but someone had to
    be the fall guy.

    D M is one of the best GM's I've seen....if not the best.
