    i actually laughed out loud here!! oh, you bet your ass we'll have a boom boom room, drapg...in fact..in my house, EVERY ROOM is a boom boom room!! :D boom boom room is easily among my new favorite bits of the english language. thanks!

    Good luck to you Mad MAx. Take it a step at a time and do not get overwhelmed- do not be afraid to ask questions. If the builder tries those esoteric explanations using mysterious homebuilding terms with numbers -( that really irritates me) - ask him to speak English.
