Love the article. Good teams can take away the 3 and the paint - we've seen it every season around this time of year. When that happens, if your team can sidestep the closeout, dribble in, and stick a 15 footer at a 50% clip - you're in business. Really liked the floaters. When Gobert drops to take away both the lob and the layup, it's a great option. Wouldn't mind seeing some Harden post ups to go along with CP3's.
To me it’s no surprise our most diverse offensive game came when we just used every spot on the floor available and was our best assisted quarter, most efficient and probably one of our deadliest of this year. The Jazz didn’t know what hit them when we were just mixing things up. This is what I meant! If people still cannot see that, are still in denial you can go cry a river in Austin
Thank god we're making adjustments this year and not forcing bad shots. Need to have that versatility on offense if we wanna win the 'chip.
Today's game is the perfect example of why you NEVER, EVER ignore the midrange, and Harden's number one priority this off season should be developing respectable midrange game. CP3 absolutely killed the Jazz tonight.
Both teams will take pride in shooting the midrange and long 2 Js now. While still releasing high volume of 3s.
