I'm concerned about mental fog. I've read studies about developmental delays in the youths after routine vaccines such as the flu vaccine. I work in a highly competitive environment as a high achiever and cannot succumb to any slowdown in my mental faculties. I maintain a thorough hand washing regimen which is coupled by an intense workout and diet that has prevented me from getting the flu this year. Don't let the media hype and the pharmaceutical cartels pressure you into getting a flu vaccine. For some it might be useful, but they probably don't have much to lose to begin with.
Of the 155 participants, 72% had recently received influenza vaccine. When all cases of influenza were analyzed, there were no differences between vaccinated and unvaccinated participants with respect to symptom severity at the baseline visit. However, among patients whose illness was caused by a specific influenza subtype (i.e. A/H3N2), the severity of upper and lower respiratory symptoms, and systemic symptoms (e.g. chills, muscle aches, etc.), was significantly lower among those who had recently received influenza vaccine as compared to those who had not. The overall symptom score was also lower among vaccinated individuals. Don't talk about subjects that you are ignorant to. As of right now the best knowledge that we have is that the risks and potential inefficacy of a flu shot is still better than not getting one whatsoever. I don't think most people need it especially African descents , I think one day flu vaccines will be looked at the same way antibiotics were once library used , some neurological side effects as what's #Mr.Brightsides had said is concerning aside from the usual suspects within selection,incubation, cultivation,&distributions question marks

Jeeeesh, I'm tired of these phony rationalizations when it comes to vaccines. I CHOOSE not to get flu shots and take my chances because: 1) I'm lazy 2) I like to take days off work since I never fake sick days 3) I like it when my GF takes extra care of me and my mom makes me caldo de res. Not because some weird conspiracy theories.
