Another vote for unplugging the microwave. Electronics are capable of producing sounds inaudible to us so maybe it is making some sound that is literally driving your dog crazy. Hopefully that's all it is.
Most dog problems go back to the animal not getting exercised enough; throw in a couple more walks in your routine and see how that does.
