    He doesn't play his bench.

Plays Anderson at center who provides zero rim protection.

Has his best player expending his energy on the defensive end having to guard Aldridge or gasol.

Predictable pick n roll offense. No adjustments. Doesn't run any plays.

Mike Dantoni, this is on you.

    Hate is a strong word
But I really, really, really don't like him
    Now that it's over
I don't even know what I liked about him
    Brought him around
And he just brought us down

obviously rockets need a big and the loss of nene hurts. the spurs are just too big up front right now. rockets speed advantage isnt enough to overcome it. there has to be a shake up to finish this game though.

He doesn’t coach. Just let’s leads grow with no timeouts.

This game is obviously on the players...i'd like to talk **** about Mike, on how he uses timeouts only when a player get injured or when the game is already over...but when you lose at home against:

    Jahill Okafor
    Solomon Hill
    Darius Miller
    Jrue Holiday
    Frank Jackson

    Cheick Diallo
    Wesley Johnson
    Kenrich Williams
    Ian Clark
    Tim Frazier

    ...it's on the players period.

Or maybe it's on the coach cause he should be able to motivate the players? I mean, that's another reason why we wanted McHale fired right? :D

Nope. It's still on the coach. When you're getting outplayed and outcoached but continue to sit back and let it happen while making zero adjustments, then you are still at fault.

I have actually grown to feel sorry for him.

Never got past Duncan and Pop in his heydays, had to ride the tails of Harden now. He did improve Harden's stats though.

Genuinely funny guy, good regular season/2nd round Playoff coach.

happens to often. Sometimes you need a timeout to motivate and stabilize your team

Lol is it his fault now that refs screwed him in wcf and wouldnt call foul a foul? Allowing a rookie to faul the mvp with no calls
to me hes the champion coach
He dethroned gsw in reality...the league office just refused to make it official for financial reasons

Yeah, he had the chance but it's not like he is a perennial great coach.

He is more like a challenger than someone who sits on a throne of a dynasty.

He does things well and things not so well, like many of Rockets' role players.

I dun see him winning multiple ships, if he went to couple of Finals that would be great for him. I got no expectations towards him.

Last year I gave more credit to Bzdelik and Morey. This year not so much.

Moreover, it seems that he does not own the luck of the virtuous one.

It takes luck to win ships. He is just a tad like Donald Duck, the hapless dude. Unfortunately for now and much of his career.

Winning the trophies doest mean much... he has won the hearts of true basketball connosieurs....the league office can set up the dumbest coaches to win the ring... its meaningless
