Hypertension - Anyone Here Struggle with High Blood Pressure?

Had a doctors appointment this morning and my BP came in at 144 87. I asked them to take it again and it came back 137 90. Still a bit high but the doctor didn't think it was too concerning. My last appointment was a couple of months ago and then my BP was 126 90.

I attribute the higher blood pressure this time to not eating as well the last week due to a variety of things and also getting worked up during the Twolves playoff run.
