Wade's legacy wasn't hurt, but it would have gone up several notches if the Heat had won.

Yeah, carried them all the way to first round exits, just like Wade.

Bron looked more like Joe Johnson than T-mac.

T-mac playoff failures are obvious but he always put up numbers and did his thing.

Bron on the other hand just wasn't aggressive at all. Way too passive. If Bron played like T-mac has in the playoffs they would have won this series. I used to defend LeBron but goodness this finals was a huge disappointment.

People said Miami wouldn't win a title because of size and depth but you can argue that LeBron is what kept them from winning a title this series. Size did hurt them tonight though they gave up a lot of boards.

McGrady is still bad but he doesnt look AS bad now, like 3% lesss, considering McGrady's 3rd best player in his Rockets playoff career has been Bob Sura, Shane Battier, and Rafer Alston (No excuse in '09 when he had Ron Artest, Luis Scola and Aaron Brooks)

McGrady settled for deep jump shots in the closing moments of games. Though at least he WAS shooting, no hiding behind being a facilitator.

See this is what I dont get about it website

Dwade did not play well this games, he had a bunch of costly unforce turnovers he took a bunch of bad shots, he wasnt really even trying to move the ball.

With that being said the heat will figure it out, they really already figured it out its just as soon as they had adversity they went away from the game plan

    Lebron will get the blame.

Wade was the Heat's best player in the Finals.

    What don't you get?

Wade had 1 bad 4th qt.

LeBron played bad in pretty much every 4th qt.

If your team's second best weapon is doing absolutely nothing on the court. Then what do you expect him to do?

    Tinman, I got your back.

McGrady never even made it past the first round. Going out gunning in the first round is not a indicator of how he would do in a finals series. Tmac_1, you know I have a man crush on McGrady. I agree with you about LeBron's choke job. That being said, it's an insult to lebron to be compared to McGrady at this point, even after the Choke Job.

Check Lebron's mileage. The decline begins for Lebron

He played like a superman but he let his sidekick bring him down. I would criticize his leadership.

Wow, Wade had 30.2/.526/6.8/4.8 stats against Celtics, while LeBron was getting 28/.47, if Wade was quiet, was LeBron shut?

i said earlier that lebron is twice the player of mcgrady, if not more. all im saying is that mcgrady would go out gunning hard, and not put on a facade of refusing to pass.

in every playoff game, tmac's basically putting up 20+ shots.

This is what it comes down to and I totally agree.

Now a diff. argument is if Mcgrady's teams ever made it close in the 4 the qtr of elimination games, would he had choked? That something we can never answer and everyone on this board knows that's not "on him".

I always believed that McGrady played with heart when he felt his team actually put the effort in, most of the time they didn't so when they got blown out he would stop trying, which justify his lack of effort but makes it a lot more understanding.

Teams usually follow the lead of their best player. McGrady would score in bunches, but his demeanor would always be too cool for school. Even if he is producing, he didn't look like he was trying all that hard. He might have been, but it certainly didnt look like it. I know I always tried harder when I played with high energy players. In his mind, he might have been playin hard, but that was not effectively communicated to his teammates.

Wade failed miserably. Great players make other players better. He failed to get the best out of Lebron, Bosh, and co.

Even at his age, even after (being handed) having won a championship before, he showed very little professionalism and the know-how to win another.

His antics fueled the 3-0 run for the Mavericks.

I don't care how many points he chunked up, I don't care about how any amazing plays he made. Bottom line, Wade made the OPPOSING team better and not his own team.

not to mention the effort he put in defensively, Marion was scoring on him anytime he wanted in the post

Wade is also responsible for the Game 4 loss. HE had a chance to tie the game at the free throw line at the end and he bricked it.
