$10 - 15 Tops. They either get broken or I lose them. Ive had my latest pair for quite a while actually. The best ones are at nasty gas stations in the middle of bum fu#k Texas.
I've had the same Oakley sunglasses FOR-EV-ER. They were probably around $110-$120 at the time. I need some new ones...
Maui Jim's never go on sale. Older models get sent back to the factory for destruction. I've adopted a pair of South Shore's.
I've got some 3 pairs of sunglasses that originally cost between $40 and $60, but I bought them at Ross for $10 to $15 a piece. I love that store.
I'll be the first to own up to that. I'm a complete pansy when it comes to sunlight. I don't care what you say, I must have sunglasses.
When I finally made the move from glasses to contacts, my wife was so excited, she bought be a pair of Oakleys and Maui Jim's. I wear the Oakley's to play golf and the Maui Jim's everywhere else. I swear the Maui Jim's are higher quality than some of the perscription glasses I used to wear.
Sunglasses are like lighters. You lose them to someone every couple of weeks. I refuse to pay more than $10 for them anymore.
I love cheap gas station sunglasses. They're the best. One of those things that are cool, to me, just because they're so... not supposed to be. And affordable. You'll mess them up or lose them anyway; why invest in them?
Just bought a pair of Oakley Bottlecaps last week. Set me back $100. They look and feel awesome. Those cheapo ones scratch too easily. Invest some money in a decent pair, just make sure to take care of them. I left a pair of Oakley half wires in the bathroom at the Ceasars shop last summer. Temporarily ruined my Vegas trip.
I found mine laying in the basket at Krogers around 6 years ago. so they were free. Im not positive what the style is called...but yall may have seen them if you remember seeing pics of the Smeg Tour. They are kinda wraparound black RayBans. I believe they were *the* style back in the late 80s or around that time..
