If Houston lands another star, they will talk about Houston, but its not like they are going to be singing Morey's praises. Nobody will make the statement that the Rockets are suddenly contenders. It will be a "wait and see" and "I have my doubts" narrative to say the least.

It is what it is. I don't really care anymore. They are a business doing what any business person would.... appeal to the masses. Disney didn't build an empire doing it any other way.

ESPN Analysts and commentators follow winners. Even in-game you are a hero until you start losing, then you are the enemy. Since Houston lost all the analysts doubt them, the only exception goes to the Lakers and the Celtics.
