How many teams will win 60+ games in the 2016-17 season?

I'm not sure the Cavs are going to take the regular season seriously enough to win 60 games, unless the Raptors really threaten them. Even then, I can see them conceding the 1st seed to them just to be well-rested in the playoffs. They've played so many games the last two years in the playoffs and Lebron has been in the Finals every year since 2011.
