Its funny, I remember looking for a place to find out more about the rockets after Mobley got drafted. I was also trying to follow Tyson Wheeler (nugz). I couldnt find any real web presence, however I eventually found a site which i honestly cannot remember at all, but it was run by a Jeff. Maybe it was you mr Jeff B. anyhhow I used that site for a while. everyone kept mentioning this site, so I eventually checked it out. a few months later, no one was using that other site, and i belive that is when I registered. I was wondering what the words per post average is, and also just how many letters have been used at CC, or how many are stored on the server. think about how much each of us has typed. combine my entire education k-12 plus 6 years in school, and I would bet that my typing on this BBS BLOWS those years away!!! I'm a late arrival to this board...although I first found Cluth City in 96 or 97. I use to go to the alt.sports.basketball.nba.houstonrockets group on newsnet. Back when there was a big rivalry between Houston and Seattle...and there was this guy named COZ who was the troll of trolls.
Just because you and other thin-skinned types on here can't handle the truth, it's not my problem. COZ was a Sonics fan, and he'd just rub it in every time the rockets lost to the sonics, which was like 15 in a row or something at one point. We all thought he'd pipe down after the Sonics were knocked out by the Nuggets, but he kept coming back. Not until Maloney lit Payton up for 27 pts sending the Sonics down 3-1 did he finally disappear for good. And really, don't insult me like that...I've never lived in such a foul city as Seattle.
I love how people who always get flamed for their opinions always assume that their opinions somehow constitute truth simply because they are not widely agreed with.
