How does Favor compare to say Uber Eats? in terms of extra cash. Are there other delivery jobs that pay better?
I didn't know "favor" was a thing and thought the title was just broken English that I could laugh at. Sad to see that is not the case.
Gonna need salary commensurate with 7 years O&G experience, 5 weeks vacation, and a 9/80. Please advise.
I initially thought it was "how far is a favor for extra cash?" Not very ****ing far is the answer. Anybody I'd do a favor for doesn't need to pay me.
I was talking about OP, not you - everyone knows you're in O&G. It's like Crossfit, if you're one of those people that is in it you have to make sure everybody knows about it.
Is that a bad thing? I'm not looking to work at HEB though. I do IT support during the day, don't have much desire standing on my feet after work lol.
Well the issue is not much these OG people have to say it all the time..it's that they dont fking tell you what they do. hi..what do you do? oh i work in oil and gas. i mean are you a janitor or a ceo? i don't know. just say you are a freaking accountant at BP. geez. I would think people in hollywood say it a lot relating to "show biz".
The real problem are the people that ask what your job is. Most jobs are boring as ****. Do you really care what my job is? Do you really think I want to talk about it? God damn, I'm there 90% of my waking hours, just give me a little break.
Considering you were the one that brought up O&G in the first place, I have to laugh at the irony of this post.
I didn't ask what anyone's job was or talk about what my job was. In fact, not talking about what my job was was the point of the post I replied to. So, not exactly irony. I get where you're going though. This all started with Ziggy quoting the wrong post.
I heard it's an easy way to make extra cash if you have the spare time. I never have spare time since I'm always at yoga.
