    Iceburgh lettuce, 1000 islands dressing, croutons, cheese, eggs, bacon bits and black olives. This is the only salad that a man should enjoy, only in anticipation of a pizza buffet/catfish feast.

    Field greens and spinach with red onions, bleu cheese, chicken (morningstar veggie strips work perfect), pomegranate seeds, clementines, chopped pecans and balsamic dressing...had that a couple days ago. It's my favorite.

    I've been on a Caesar Salad binge lately. I've had about 7 of them in 10 days...all made at home. The guy who invented the salad dressing in Mexico...I use his company's original dressing.

    I love da Caesar Salad.
