How do you handle criticism?

depends how the criticism is given. If i don't like the delivery then...

 

I take great care not to make mistakes, to do things well, to handle situations properly - so when I don't it makes me feel like s#!%. I really don't need some ******* to go on a tirade and make me feel even worse. But if you'd like to help me learn from my mistakes/wrongdoings and come up with solutions for the future, I'm all ears. Constructive criticism gladly welcome. Otherwise, you can go talk to my complaints department (the trash can in the bathroom).
